WE'RE JUST TWO BROTHERS WITH A DREAM
It started in a shared kitchen with a $40 hand grinder, more curiosity than sense, and a lot of burnt batches. Somewhere around the twentieth attempt, the coffee stopped being bad — friends started asking for bags instead of favors, and a hobby turned into a roaster, then a real space, then Brother's Roast.
What hasn't changed is the two of us tasting every batch together before it ships. We're not trying to be the biggest roastery out there — just the one you trust to get your morning right.

How fresh is the coffee I'm getting?
We roast in small batches every week and ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Can I subscribe instead of ordering one-off?
Yes — pick a delivery frequency and save 15%, with the option to pause, change or cancel anytime.
What grind sizes do you offer?
Whole bean, or ground tailored to your method: drip filter, French press, espresso, Aeropress, or moka pot.
Where do the beans come from?
Direct trade, single-origin farms where we pay fair prices to farmers. Rotates by seasonal crop harvest.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day courier dispatch on orders placed before 6pm, shipped directly from our roastery in Dubai.
What if I don't like a blend?
Tell us and we'll make it right — a replacement bag from another roast profile or refund, no hoops to jump through.
